Shipping Information

We currently ship to all 50 United States. We are actively working to expand our shipping to additional countries in the near future.

All orders are carefully packaged by hand to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. We use protective materials and sturdy packaging specifically designed to safeguard wooden engravings during transit.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive the shipping notification.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping.

Processing Times

Every piece we create is made to order with meticulous attention to detail. Because each item is handcrafted and laser-engraved specifically for you, please allow adequate processing time before your order ships.

Custom/Personalized Orders 7-10 business days
Peak Seasons (Holidays) Up to 2 weeks
Rush Orders (when available) 2-3 business days

During peak seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Father's Day, processing times may be extended due to high order volume. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every piece is custom-made and personalized to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each engraving is created uniquely for you, making it impossible to resell or repurpose.

We understand this is a significant purchase, which is why we encourage you to:

  • Double-check all personalization details (text, spelling, font choice) before submitting your order
  • Review the product photos and dimensions carefully
  • Contact us with any questions before ordering
  • Take advantage of our live text preview feature on product pages to visualize your engraving

If you are unsure about a particular piece or would like guidance on sizing, font styles, or custom options, we are always happy to help. Reach out to us before placing your order, and we'll make sure you get exactly what you envision.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we've got you covered.

What to Do If Your Item Is Damaged

  1. Report within 4 days — Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide photos — Send clear photos of the damage to oopsiinked@gmail.com
  3. Keep the packaging — Please keep the original packaging and damaged item until we resolve the issue
  4. We'll make it right — We will issue a shop credit for the full value of the item, or in many cases, remake the piece at no additional cost

If the damage was caused by the shipping carrier, we may file a claim on your behalf. In these cases, we'll work directly with the carrier so you don't have to. Our priority is ensuring you receive a piece you love.

For errors on our part (incorrect engraving, wrong item shipped, etc.), we will remake and reship your order at no cost to you. We stand behind every piece we create.

Custom Orders & Personalization

We specialize in bringing your vision to life. Whether you want a personalized family portrait plaque, a custom religious piece, a memorial engraving, or a unique wedding gift, our team is here to help.

How Custom Orders Work

  1. Choose a product and enter your custom text using our built-in preview tool
  2. Select your preferred font style (Script, Modern, Classic, or Block)
  3. For complex custom designs (your own images, logos, or special layouts), email us at oopsiinked@gmail.com
  4. We'll send you a digital proof for approval before production begins
  5. Once approved, your piece enters production and ships within the standard processing time

Custom Image Guidelines

If you'd like to include a custom image or design in your engraving:

  • Provide high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, or PDF)
  • Simple line art and logos work best for laser engraving
  • Photos can be engraved — high contrast images produce the best results
  • We'll work with your image to optimize it for the laser engraving process
